Browse providers, pick one that fits your needs, and click "Book a Session". You'll see their availability and can choose your preferred session length and format (video, audio, or chat). You'll receive a confirmation email once the booking is confirmed.

Yes. All sessions are end-to-end encrypted. Providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. See our Safety page for full HIPAA compliance details.

Every provider goes through credential verification and a background check before their profile goes live. Certified coaches and licensed professionals have their credentials reviewed by our team.

A Vent session lets you quickly share what's on your mind with a peer supporter — no appointment needed. You can choose text, voice note, or a quick call. It's a lightweight, immediate way to feel heard.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session from your dashboard. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge depending on the provider's policy.

Click "For Providers" in the navigation and complete the provider sign-up. You'll go through our verification process and, once approved, can set your availability, services, and rates.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

We stand behind every session. If you're not satisfied, reach out to us via the Contact page or WhatsApp and we'll match you with a new provider at no extra cost.

Euthyn is available worldwide. Sessions are conducted online so you can connect with providers across time zones. Some providers may offer sessions in specific languages — use the search filters to find the right fit.
